My favorite part of building with Pioneer, was having everything under one roof. We were able to make all of our interior and exterior selections in their office. We didn’t have to run all over town to find what we wanted, they had it all! It was nice to have a dedicated team that could help us make decisions and selections based on what we wanted for our home. I also really liked the CoConstruct App that we used to make selections and keep us in the loop with the building process.

Plus each Star home comes with the protection of a 10 year structural warranty by theNational Home Warranty Program. The ‘RTM with foundation only’ option includes Vogt’s experienced tradespeople completing the foundation of your RTM on-site. The remaining mechanical and electrical connections are the responsibility of the homeowner.

RTM Delivery Options

Whether your select a standard floor plan or a bring a custom one, the drafter will provide you a floor plan for review. If it doesn’t meet your needs, revisions can be requested. The exception is any drafting requested for on-site work or excessive requests for revisions, where additional fees may be assessed. Our experienced design team at Smart Modular Canada Inc. will work together you with every design detail, from exterior to interior, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, even light locations and more.

But don’t worry, any damage will be repaired by our crew after the move is complete. We wait until after the move to install interior doors and fixtures to protect them from damage and prevent the need for replacement or re-installation.
