My favorite part of building with Pioneer, was having everything under one roof. We were able to make all of our interior and exterior selections in their office. We didn’t have to run all over town to find what we wanted, they had it all! It was nice to have a dedicated team that could help us make decisions and selections based on what we wanted for our home. I also really liked the CoConstruct App that we used to make selections and keep us in the loop with the building process.

Our prefab packages can be used on any house plan design including hotels, apartments, and light commercials. Yes, we can plan, quote, and build you a partially built home. However, you must sign an agreement acknowledging responsibility for continued construction and maintenance after the house leaves our facility. BestGEN Homes will not conduct any inspections, service trips, or repairs after that point. As standard, PVC & PEX plumbing pipes, electrical wiring, breaker panel, and HVAC ductwork are installed as part of the Ready-Built construction. Equipment, like heat pumps, water softeners, heaters, tanks, furnaces, air conditioners, etc, are not typically supplied as most of these products are related to on-site construction.

There are so many moving parts when it comes to a move, which is why creating a timeline and a schedule is crucial to keeping your sanity and making sure you don't forget to do something. We can directly serve anywhere within a 100 mile radius of our facility in Madison, SD, with our network of preferred transporters. However, outside of this radius, it becomes more likely the customer will need to secure his or her own transporter. Transport costs will also increase dramatically the further out you go. While BestGEN does project manage transportation through our network of preferred transporters, transport cost is paid directly to the transporter, and not BestGEN.
